Enjoyed the well-appointed and beautifully maintained room, and the pleasant view out over the bay. Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, and a writing table were much appreciated.

Everyone is very amiable and excellent and owner too. It has an excellent location on the bay. The bets part that it's close to the centre, the center of town and Ullapool.

The breakfast is great value, includes a wide array of meals. It has magnificent, ideal setting, really close to the ocean, and ferries.

I had FINE food for breakfast at 6.15. The room was new-fashioned with shared bathroom, had essentials required. The location was amazing and perfect, next to the ferry port which is a fifteen minute walk away and public transport, in a lovely quiet area.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi didn't work.

I got complimentary queen room with balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were very handy. The location was excellent and wonderful, so close to the centre of town and Stornoway.

We have stayed here before and can just recommend it. Thanks very much for the excellent stay which made our visit that much easier. The staff is affable, and the host too.

Impeccably clean place with amiable and excellent staff and lovely view over the Stornoway bay. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Amazing and lovely location of the hotel, close enough to airport and Ireland. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a Baronial mansion.

Our rooms were well-equipped with balcony, everything was amazing. Had such facilities, like a tea and coffee maker, free wireless internet, and a balcony.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received from the owner, who went above and beyond by offering us lifts to-and-from the airport. The location of the guest house was also a great advantage, as it was very close to the town centre and right next to the beach in lovely Sandwick bay. The room was comfortable and had tea/coffee facilities, and the breakfast was excellent.

This is a very pleasant friendly clean and comfortable place with a beachfront view in Stornaway. The owner was incredibly helpful, and informative about what to see and do in the area, and clearly enjoys his operation. To be clear, this is a 3-star B&B and only a few rooms are en-suite for those to whom this is important. For what it is, it is superb, however.

I thoroughly enjoyed, my stay there. It is definately a home from home, with Jim and Inga, going out of there way, to make sure that you are happy and comfortable. This not only included, the house, but also any help or information, that one, might require, to ensure, that your visit, to the Western Isles, was a trip to remember and enjoy the memories off, for many years to come. Excellent hosts and Ambassadors, for the Western Isles. I could have ticked of more boxees, in Section 2, as it is an excellent place, for all types, of travellers. I hope, that I can stay there soon again. Thank you both.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel exceeded all expectations. Truly enjoyed my wonderful stay in close proximity to town. The rooms were good-sized here with shared bathroom, an excellent view plus balcony. The food was great - lots of options.
